The recommendation for Ubuntu should be 24.04 and 22.04. Ubuntu 20.04 will soon be EoL in April 2025 but can stay for the time being if desired.

Proposed change below.

- An Ubuntu 24.04 LTS or 22.04 LTS environment to run the commands (or another operating system which supports `snapd` - see the [snapd documentation](https://snapcraft.io/docs/installing-snapd)). If you don’t have a Linux machine, you can use Multipass (see [Installing MicroK8s with Multipass](https://discuss.kubernetes.io/t/installing-microk8s-with-multipass/21544)).
