# Geting error while autoscaling with heapster

I am using kubernetes version 1.9.4 . I am trying to autoscale using heapster but it’s not working.  
When I use the command  
kubectl describe hpa --namespace=resourceallocation

i got the following logs . can anyone help in overcoming this.
