Having issues getting a node to join rasp pi 4 cluster

I am having issues getting a nod to join a raspberry pi cluster. I have a inspectionReport.tarball, but unable to upload it, as it is not an allowed extension? I have uploaded a screenshot of terminal of me trying to join.
