How to use proxy_bind in ingress

Hi,

We are having one use case to get actual source of the UDP in application side , but in default ingress changing the source to ingress IP, So from the document i undershoot adding proxy_bind will solve this use-case.

Is any way to add proxy_bind into ingress ?
