In the latest version of kubernetes/apimachinery，the includeUninitialized parameter is deprecated，how can my initializer controller list and watch for uninitialized objects now?

While this doesn’t directly answer your question, I’d give Admission webhooks a look. Initializers are slated to be deprecated in 1.14.
Would Open Policy Agent be a good fit for that?
