1.11 Released!

Kubernetes 1.11 Released!

Kubernetes 1.11.0 (“A Long Expected Release”) is now available. Highlights include (but are not limited to):

  • CoreDNS availability
  • Priority & Preemption
  • CRD versioning & subresources
  • IPVS load-balancing
  • Dynamic Kubelet Configuration

Learn more about this in the Kubernetes Blog Post[1]. Downloads are available from the usual places[2], and kubeadm install for the new version will work very soon. Be sure to read the Changelog[3] for some before-you-upgrade steps.

Thanks so much to all of our fantastic contributors, and our enthusiastic and diligent release team[4].
