Can I change the name of a k8s cluster after the cluster has been created? if yes, could you share the detailed steps?

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version:
Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud)
Installation method: kubeadm
Host OS: Redhat Linux RHEL 8.8
CNI and version: 3.26
CRI and version: Docker 20.4

You can format your yaml by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl-Shift-C, it will make your output easier to read.
