Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud)

I have created cluster using kubeadm …
using kubectl command i am getting nodes
but after 3 or 4 mins if i put kubectl get nodes command i got error connection is refused to server. and after random time it gets sorted… so please get solve this issue
