How to replicate the database across Azure Kubernetes clusters in two azure paired regions

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.13.10
Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud): Azure cloud
Installation method:
Host OS:
CNI and version:
CRI and version:

You can format your yaml by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl-Shift-C, it will make your output easier to read.

Care to elaborate?

What kind of connection do you need? What have you tried? Are those clusters on different azure accounts? Etc, anything you think it might be useful that we can’t know about the setup you want

1.Two AKS clusters are in two azure paired regions with Vnet peering and traffic manager.
2.Two AKS clusters on one azure account.
3. We need Master to Mater DB replication.
