How to make sure that the POD will not schedule again to the node which it was preexisted?

Hi,
We are using multiple kube clusters with 30+ nodes in each. Would like to know that while we rescheduel/delete a POD, it needs to “Always” go to a different node than it was. Can you please advise a way for that?
