Is there a way to configure kubelet to enforce skew policy and fail to start if kube-apiserver is older

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.29
Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud) EKS
Installation method: terraform
Host OS: AL2
CNI and version: Cilium 1.13
CRI and version: containerd 1.7.23

You can format your yaml by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl-Shift-C, it will make your output easier to read.
