Kops-How can I share access to the cluster with other users and limit their access to only one namespace?

I have created a k8s cluster on AWS, and now I want to authorize other developers to view pod logs in a certain namespace. I have searched for many instructions but they are for the old kops version.

Here is my cluster information:

Kubernetes version: v1.27.5
Cloud being used: AWS
Installation method: Kops create cluster
Host OS: Ubuntu
CNI and version: cilium/0.3.1
CRI and version: containerd://1.7.2
