exact same issue as here : NFS dynamic provisioning problems.
I dont see any ‘old provisioner’, when I do kubectl get all only 1 provisioner is running.
PV is created successfuly after creating a PVC.
If I delete the deployment of the provisioner, pvc are in pending status so it seems like no other provisioner picks it up.
