Terminology changes

I have some culturally sensitive terminology questions for you folks. Can you confirm the following changes?

-Master node become control plane.
-Multi mater becomes multiple control plane nodes or multiple controller nodes.
-I have also seen the term, master cluster. Would high availability cluster be OK?

Are there any other threads that list new terminology standards?

Thanks,
Daniel

Another question is this: When should I use High Availability Cluster and when should I use control plane cluster?

For example, I see multiple hits on HA Cluster:
https://kubernetes.io/search/?q="HA%20Cluster"
And also multiple hits on Control plane cluster:
https://kubernetes.io/search/?q="Control%20Plane%20Cluster"

The second term seems to appear mainly in the context of Kubeadm . Is there a difference?

Thanks!
Daniel

In general the hosts running things like kube-apiserver, controller-manager etc are referred to as the control plane hosts/nodes or just the “control plane”.

The terminology regarding them is being firmed up by wg-naming.
