The connection to the server 10.4.4.20:6443 was refused - did you specify the right host or port? i run command sudo swapoff -a i also put .kube/config file in home directory of user still facing issue

CNI and version:10-calico.conflist 10-flannel.conflist calico-kubeconfig
CRI and version: containerd
