Unable to add windows node support. url for windows kube-proxy and flannel-overlay returns 404

Hi, the urls

https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/sig-windows-tools/releases/latest/download/kube-proxy.yml
https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/sig-windows-tools/releases/latest/download/flannel-overlay.yml

in section 4 of the documentation for adding windows nodes on

are 404 not found.

These previously worked. What are the correct urls to use or is there an updated guide to adding windows node support somewhere ?
