Using a Network Load Balancer with the NGINX Ingress Controller on Amazon EKS

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.28
Cloud being used: AWS
Installation method: yaml file by cloudformation
Host OS: Linux
CNI and version: v1.14.1-eksbuild.1
CRI and version: containerd://1.7.2

Good morning everyone, thank you for participating in this excellent community. I recently created the EKS cluster on AWS and through this link([Deploying AWS Load Balancer Controller on Amazon EKS | Networking & Content Delivery] I created the load balancer. Everything went 99% except for the fact that the NGINX Ingress controller pods were breaking. Has anyone ever been through this situation. Below is the pods error log. The only thing I did was not use the load balcncer of this yaml. I used another reference(Using a Network Load Balancer with the NGINX Ingress Controller on Amazon EKS | AWS Open Source Blog).
