Weave Net is getting crashed after reboot the server.

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.14.2
Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud)
Installation method:
Host OS: Ubuntu 16.04.4
CNI and version:
CRI and version:

Before all the pod and service are running fine, but after reboot the master all the pod and service is getting crashed,

And also the Weave Net is getting crashed.

Then I have reset the kubeadm, still also I get same problem.

I found the alternative solution for Weave Net, Currently I am using Calico CNI.

It’s working fine and also after reboot the slave. It’s not geting crashed. And when we reboot the master,

we want to reset the kubeadm, then recreate the Calico CNI.

This same method i have tried with Weave Net but no use.
