After upgrading k8s to 1.18.20 one of the nodes throws connection errors with Jenkins agent

Kubernetes version:
Cloud being used: VM Ware VM
Installation method: HelmChart
Host OS: Linux 18.04
CNI and version: flannel:v0.13.1-rc2
CRI and version: Docker version 20.10.21

Now we get the following error:

Did anyone hit the same issue or any suggestions how to troubleshoot it.
It happened only to one node - it is working fine to the rest of the nodes…
