Google Cloud Kubernetes Cluster delete storage data itself

I have an kubernetes cluster on google cloud. It deletes data inside storages without deleting storage’s itself. It happened twice. And I can not find the reason.Could you help me?
One of them seems as follows;

[camunda-db-pvc] Bound [pvc-e912164b-ee58-11e9-8a82-42010a800039] [standard]
namespace [standard-cluster]

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.13.11-gke.9
Cloud being used: Google Cloud
Host OS: Linux
