Thoughts on Kubernetes adoption in 2020 -- will it plateau or explode?

Hope everyone is well. I’ve been wondering about how our current environment will affect container and kubernetes adoption this year. We’ve seen rapid growth in previous years and I wanted to do a quick pulse check to see what folks think.

Do you think Kubernetes adoption will pleateau, grow or explode in 2020? Why?

Very curious everyone’s take on this…

My impression is that K8 will continue to grow rapidly this year and next. Deployments in public clouds (AWS, GCP and Azure) will be especially hot in the near term. Have even seen some applications ship with the full K8 environment included in the install package for deployment in enterprise on premise data centers.
