How can I make my disabled Slack account available again?

The problem

I’m eager to contribute to K8s and tried to join the K8s Slack with my main-use email address as a first step.
However, I remembered that I had once joined the workspace with the email address just for fun and disabled my account as I thought it redundant at that time.
So, I’m seeking a way to make my old account enabled.

What I did / What I want

I tried to ask the workspace admins, but the public contact info is only the Slack channel / DM.
How can I contact them without a Slack account?

You’re best bet is to create an issue in GitHub - kubernetes/community: Kubernetes community content - they’ll need your email to do it.
