Hello,
I purchased CKAD, CKA and CKS exam voucher in late 2023 when they were offered duing Christmas sale.
The crux of the matter is that I purchased Linux Foundation exam vouchers under the impression that their exams valuable (respected by Industry) and prerequisite software for preparation are easy to install and learn. That is definitely the case.
Further more, the worth of these certifications are doubtful and their exams are very short lived (eg. COA) and get retired. Earlier in 2015 I purchased COA exam voucher but could never get Open Stack installed and prepare for the exam. My voucher expired and the exam got retired.
Therefore, I am not sure about the value of their exams and I am not confident that I can prepare for the exam within a fixed voucher expiry deadline.
The spirit of cooperation and mutual support of open source and stated non profit motive is lacking with Linux Foundation. They seem to be just like any other money making business. As a self paying candidate and have spent more than $1k USD (huge sum for some from India) they are not refunding the money.
Any help in getting a full refund would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
