Not able to Configure Metallb using Layer2 configuration in baremetal

Cluster information:

Kubernetes version: 1.18
Cloud being used: (put bare-metal if not on a public cloud) baremetal
Installation method: kubeadm
Host OS: RHEL 8

Hi

I am able to set Kubernetes with baremetal in RHEL 8 server also able to configure weave network policy.
Now I want to install and configure Metallb using Layer2 configuration in RHEL 8 server.
I am not able to configure it because it requires ip range for external IP for load balancer and the servers I have is production server and the network team is not able to provide ip range from local DHCP router

Can some one help me on this

The ip range can consist of a single ip if needed. You need to ask your network team for a range of free ips that are NOT assigned by a DHCP server.
