Cluster information:
I am installing via snap on ubuntu 18.04 in azure, on a 16cpu/64gb machine
by the time my application is half installed (helm) I start getting messages like
the server was unable to return a response in the time allotted, but may still be processing the request
and the whole machine is very slow.
storage is ssd with high IOP limit
My app is not certified for past 1.14 so I can’t use a later version and the install fails 
vmstat shows something like 29%wait and 70% steal
but only after my app is installed
